Good for: polyester, cotton, poly cotton blends, nylon, dark and light color garments

Application settings: 

Set heat press at 320f-15sec, medium pressure

Pre-heat garment and then press design onto garment

Care instructions:

WASH AFTER 24h OF PRESSING

WASH INSIDE OUT WITH COLD WATER AND REGULAR DRY

DO NOT BLEACH

DO NOT DRY CLEAN
